Unfortunately they lie to customers say they will cash US Treasury check/SSI But once I refuse to open account they marked the check handed it back to me and told me to have a have a nice day , what kinda of reliable banking business are you ??do u have any idea the trouble it's caused to try to cash the check now, or wait 45 days for a new check Your business is dishonest and unworthy
I had an appointment but the banker hasn’t shown up for more than 30 minutes after I had been checked in…….. Don’t like the way how they treated the valued rewards customers. Update: Got checked in eventually but the staff seemed to be very very very rush because someone had booked that banker at 2 PM. Maybe she should come on time to avoid all of that.

So rude, so disrespectful and slow. Never picking up the phone and parking is horrible.
Really nice service. I was treated with the best custumber service ever, so kind and warm. A girl named "Emmy" was extremely nice and kind.
