This is a great branch of Bank of America and Erica Ortiz is super helpful and so friendly she always makes me feel like a valued customer and takes the time to answer all my questions and that I understand all my options. Erica truly makes it a 5 star experience every time!
Leslie was super insightful and helped me set up my account. She was super nice and professional. I've had a card with this location before, no complaints. It's nice that they have a drive thru and it's clean too....

Hay muchos empleados pero la mayoría solo caminan de un lado para otro y no les gusta hablar español por más que si lo hablen se siente discriminación y falta de servicio al cliente ! No hay nadie pero igual te dejan de último !
