Once again, the staff appear to be all probationary. Even simple transactions need the manager's approval and most times the manager is not in.
RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! You will NEVER get them on the phone. You will be disconnected a few times, if you get through, they will tell you to come in, even for a balance. BUT, You have to make an appointment! There has never been more than one teller, "The other one" is on break, at lunch or busy. 5-8 people always in line. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT, you have to get in line just like the walk ins. The tellers, clearly unhappy listening to angry people all day, have become surly and rude. I withdrew money from ATM located inside this branch, two days later somebody withdrew my money from a ATM in Ecuador….. horrible
