although their walk in service is very good, if you need to call the bank no one answers the main number and the only way to get anyone is to leave a message on VM. I kept calling for 3 hours one morning and no one picks up!
Terrible, terrible terrible! They basically accused me of forcing my mother to take money out of the bank. we were hit with a mirage of questions what my mother was doing with her money by the teller extremely insulting. next time the bank should call the police before they question people I don’t think a bank teller has any right to question us? I would’ve gladly talked to a police officer, and I would’ve happily put a complaint in about this terrible bank. Have a great day if you want to trust your money with this place do... read more
