Incredibly frustrating experience with Bank of America. I have an issue with one of my loans, despite 5 people open and not helping any customers at the physical branch, the best thing they can offer is a business card with a number to call. What is the point of paying such high monthly fees when I cannot even go to a branch and get help.
Came to teller and waited for 15 min sleeping bring branch
We came to the Walnut Creek Bank of America branch and Mrs. Müjgan, who works at the bank here, helped us a lot. We were welcomed very well by the family at the bank and provided very good service. She is an excellent manager and a perfect, really professional, we thank her very much. Great communication and a great helper, thank you very much.
