Helpful staff. Free 30 min parking in same building. Multiple ATMs. Walk up window experience was great as well.
I’ve had numerous experiences with this bank, I solved my fraud situation but since my drivers license didn’t match the addresses on file my account has been blocked again at this branch. This has been the most frustrating and inconvenient experience. Awful Bank of America.
I see now why it got low ratings. Went for cashiers check and they want to charge me $15 fee. So disjointed especially for being with them for 15 years
