I had the best banking experience of my life. Kamen Lesichkov is an amazing banker. He went above and beyond to help me two days in a row. He skipped lunch the first day and stayed past closing time the second day to help me with my problem. I’m forever grateful for him. I was running out of time due to my international flight and I had a complicated issue but he didn’t give up on me. He truly restored my faith in Bank of America. I highly recommend working with him.
One teller, waited in line for quarters, teller can't give quarters, said his colleague had to. Waited, colleague has no quarters has to buy some. I just left. Terrible service, long wait for nothing
