When I say that I demread coming here... that's me being polite! I have never come to a bank where there is always only 1-2 tellers available, the drive up ATM is often out of service, and today I waited at the drive up window for 5 whole minutes before an agent came to tell me I had to come inside. What's the point of the drive up window then ? Man I wish they would hire more people and install an additional ATM outside.
Staff is too slow Atm gives very limited options on how to withdraw money compare to other bank of America atm in Kearny. Is it discrimination ?
