The customer service provided by the bank has been horrible, and it appears that they are not concerned about losing customers. Wow. Ericka Perez - a supervisor on a power trip. I called in advance for large cash withdrawal. They said no problem. I got there and Ericka asked multiple questions and said my account transactions were suspicious and they had no cash and I needed an advance appointment and told me I could get my cash from another bank.
