Awful, had never been discriminated against like this in our life. Humiliated by the teller. No customer service provided. Treated like an alien. Just terrible. Another staff member jumped in to help, and was irritated by her co-worker, tried to apologize on her behalf. She stated âshe is like this all the time, she is difficultâ clearly its a problem. And the bank is aware! Just why??! I can not get a call back either?Â
