I am providing a review based on one visit. I have a credit card with bofa but not a bank account and they currently have a great mortgage program that I wanted more info on. I spoke to Alberto and Sabrina. Alberto was a pleasure to speak to, he had great communication skills and treated me like a person not just a customer. The so called bankers are completely ridiculous. I went in asking for help maybe even to sign up that day. The guy carlos or I dont even know if he is a citizen just looked at me like im wasting my time . The bankers are no help whatsoever and are there to look pretty . What a waste of time
