I had such a wonderful experience with Patricia at Bank of America! She was incredibly kind and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Went there to inquire about a check I deposited two days prior, to know when the available balance would reflect. I told the teller that I was told by another teller at the same branch (which was great btw) a portion of the check would be available today and the remaining balance the next week that's why I opted to deposit the check with BOA as it is also my main bank, and that I had the option to get the full balance at another bank tomorrow. She said why didn't I do that, no comments...
