Always a horrible experience at this location, If we could rate it 0 we would. Customer service was very rude, my mother went in because she lost her check book. I was on the phone being a translator for my mom and whoever was helping my mother had the rudest tone ever. They wanted the check number, and I explained that she didn't know the check number and that we will find the check number.
