Excellent team and always appreciated
I typically don't write reviews, but the service Kaman and Jonny provided me after a frustrating and tiring experience with both Chase and Wells Fargo prior to my trip here truly made my day turn around. Long story short: I wanted to open a secured credit card and a savings account—a process I assumed would be straightforward with Chase and WF, but it quickly turned into more of a sales pitch for unrelated services. Malik Gilani is the best business solutions advisor ever and should get promoted to any role that he wants. I came in very anxious one day and he offered me warm water and helped me calm down. Most people are unfriendly now a days and he is the friendliest and offers the best customer service ever. I went back to him a second time and only want to work with Malik.
