Always a horrible experience at this location, If we could rate it 0 we would. Customer service was very rude, my mother went in because she lost her check book. I was on the phone being a translator for my mom and whoever was helping my mother had the rudest tone ever. They wanted the check number, and I explained that she didn't know the check number and that we will find the check number. She kept pushing about signing up for a credit card instead to pay off things, maybe she tried getting it for commission. She was also ... read more

Absolutely horrible service. Bank of America advertises free notary services. I wanted to get some copies of my ID notarized. During scheduling I said I need my ID copies notarized. In the appointment I showed the docs to be notarized. The notary told me to make some changes and come back tomorrow. Finally when I arrived I was told they don’t notarize ID copies. No where was this mentioned on the site. Total waste of time. I am opening a Chase account and will move the majority of my relationship to a different bank. Awful s... read more
