Malik Gilani is the best business solutions advisor ever and should get promoted to any role that he wants. I came in very anxious one day and he offered me warm water and helped me calm down. Most people are unfriendly now a days and he is the friendliest and offers the best customer service ever. I went back to him a second time and only want to work with Malik.
I visited this location today, the representative Malik Gilani and Claudia helped me, they are very kind, and helpful. Advised me a lot of things with banking which I didn’t know them and didn’t plan on my visit. Thnaks a lot them.

She guided me through everything with such clarity and speed, ensuring I understood all my options while making the process seamless. I was in and out in no time, completely stress-free. If you need assistance, I highly recommend Claudia—she’s simply the best!
Very grateful to have worked with Claudia. Amazed at how smooth she was walking me through everything and getting accounts set up. We managed to set up a personal account, personal card, business account, and business card all in around an hour. And she's got a good sense of humor.
I’m disappointed with the customer service I received. Despite being scheduled for an appointment, it was unhelpful and did not address my concerns. All I wanted is to learn about CD and open an account.
