This could be the absolute worst bank I have ever been into. I have been multiple times to try and take care of issues involving family members which I am an DPOA, and they cannot be bothered to help. Plus, the gal who greets folks, does not speak enough English to even communicate with. If I could give this branch a negative rating I would!

They treat Latinos very poorly at this bank. They really ought to find a way to assist customers who don't speak English, but they make no effort to do so. The same thing has happened to me more than twice: my husband's account was blocked, and when we went to find out why, the manager took away his card without explaining the reason for the block. The manager treats those of us who don't speak English very badly; it isn't fair to be looked down upon or mistreated just because we don't speak the language.
Astonishing doesn't even touch the incredulous acts done by this bank. Handed over a check for 50/50 deposit/cash. Took the check, then said it has to be deposited first. Check goes in, then says she can't cash out the rest as it's a Saturday. Never given an opportunity to rescind the deposit to go to another bank. Just took it without verification. Clean account, nows it going on 4 days no funds. Hard pass, never again
It was a terrible experience visiting this branch; it's the first time this has happened to me at Bank of America. They questioned everything before I could cash my check. It felt very embarrassing. 0 ⭐
