I cashed a check and was very clear I needed the funds for travle ...I now have a hold on my funds till mid way threw my trip ...iv been lied to 4 times over cashing a check with them I highly do not recommend there only in this job to hurry and open accounts as fast as they can for a pay check .......and the fact they literally called me a lier till I told them to check the cameras save your self the hassle
I would give this place 0 star if I could. I went to deposit money with my old 100 dollar bill. The female customer service is not helpful. They accuse that my 100 dollar bill is fake. I told them it’s real. I just got it from the other bank. She told me they won’t take it. I have to go back to the other bank to exchange. She said she normally will keep the bill and won’t return it to customers . It’s crazy if they keep my 100 dollar bill. That’s call stealing because it’s a real 100 dollar bill. L.A. and Vivian were absolutely amazing. Helped me with a Wire in a hurry. Extremely professional, helpful, and a great reflection of the brand name.
My experience at this branch was outstanding, not only was the Manager extremely knowledgeable and helpful she went above and beyond to help us with our issues which was directly reflected in her employees. Both Vivian Su and Mary Tewodros were very professional and went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend this branch office in Issaquah WA.
