Worst experience ever!!!!! Many times I stop by to withdraw cash and they decline for ridiculous excuses. Say transaction still pending. However other branches allow cash withdrawing.

Was just in the bank and a lady named dian was helping me. I explained to her I think I was double charged and rather than help me she looked at me like I was dumb told me she couldn’t check for me or look at my transactions history and said to call customer service. Seemed a whole lot like she just didn’t want to help. She has made me decide I will be switching banks this week.
