L.A. and Vivian were absolutely amazing. Helped me with a Wire in a hurry. Extremely professional, helpful, and a great reflection of the brand name.Â
My experience at this branch was outstanding, not only was the Manager extremely knowledgeable and helpful she went above and beyond to help us with our issues which was directly reflected in her employees. Both Vivian Su and Mary Tewodros were very professional and went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend this branch office in Issaquah WA.Â
I do not post negative reviews hardly ever, but I have had to go to this bank location numerous times as the only BofA in Issaquah proper area, and I cannot believe how incredibly inefficient this location operates. Every time it just takes forever to do the simplest things. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just poorly trained employees, but it is always such a long painful wait to get anything done here.Â
Horrible customer service dont waste your time going they’re!!!Â
