This branch totally sucks when it comes to customer satisfaction...forget obsession & delight ! The bank teller today ( I forgot to note her name) has the worst attitude , is a sadist of the highest order and a lifetime liability to the BOA & the whole experience sucked...I was surprised to see this branch score 2.6 stars. All new customers reading this - there are excellent banks out there in Seattle & Bellevue area...never open an account in this branch if self-respect matters to you !!
The teller told the guy to ensure the money is all straight and ready to deposit, not to stand by the counter and prepare the money. Let's do it the American way!!!! The teller's name is Mansour. He is doing the right thing. Big shout for Mansour!!!

Keep me waiting for over 40mins for taking out my money, the women manager has arrogant attitude towards me. I have been using boa for 7 years. Now, I will switch to other bank and never come back to this boa.
Bank of America is committing fraud. I receive wires from many different customers including international customers, but wires from Toronto Dominion Bank have $10 missing each time. The customer tells me that Toronto Dominion Bank says that BoA is acting as an intermediary for the wire from TD to BoA and taking the $10 fee. Of course it makes no sense to have an intermediary between BoA and BoA that can steal $10. The person at the counter looked at my account, took notes, and passed the problem to someone at a desk.
