Terrible service. Was hoping to get information on an LLC account. Manager (Karen) came out with a terrible attitude for no reason and was yelling and talking over us. She even stopped mid sentence and said she didn't know why she was yelling - truly bizarre. Turns out the information she gave us was wrong too. (She confused business entity -LLC with tax status - sole proprietorship/S corp). Bad attitude and doesn't even do her job.
This bank is my bank! I did a walk in wire and they help me a lot.
The small business representative was so helpful and patient. It made a confusing issue easy for me.
Believe the reviews. This bank has poor customer service, not that interested in helping with a banking problem and don’t seem to mind if customer inconvenienced.
