I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years and this by far has the worst customer service the tellers there are rude..I went in the other day and explained to the teller who handles mostly the business accounts .. when she processed my transaction wrong and she shrugged me off like whatever and then I went to speak with I’m assuming was a manager I received the same response from her and just ended up leaving and not feeling valued as a longtime customer in good standing.. shame on you Bank of America I wish ther... read more
These Bank employees and their assistant manager are very unprofessional. Lack follow up and zero accountability. Came in here for simply adding a power of attorney to an account they did one account but missed the other and I have had to come back four times now with no resolution all because the initial banker dropped the ball and then went on vacation for two weeks never followed up.
