I have been a regular patron of this Bank of America branch since opening my business and personal accounts. While the majority of the staff have been outstanding, my experiences with the branch manager have been consistently less than satisfactory. I have even heard similar concerns expressed by employees at the branch, which makes it surprising that the corporate office has not taken steps to provide additional training or consider a reassignment to a role better suited to her strengths.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Leddys Uriarte over the past two days, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, patience, and caring attitude.
