Had a great experience. I just wanted to thank Catalina, the relationship banker, who treated me very well and was very understanding and supportive. And of course, everyone else was very nice as well.
Many times I came on this Dulles crossing branch, I have to wait long time on the lane specially after 4 pm only one cashier available and 4to 5 people’s on the lane. Take me long time to get service. Is very very bad service.
