How can a bank run of 1 dollar bills. Really unbelievable and one taller working. Why do I bank here?
Must be nice to only be open 10-4 M-F when everyone is at work AND CLOSED on Saturday (and ive noticed most of the BoA around town are doing this).....two ATMs outside ...usually only one is working...I needed to do some wire transfers and big banking but guess not....I'll be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere where banks ACTUALLY want to work....just my two cents....
I visited this Bank of America branch today to open a new account and experienced extremely poor customer service. After waiting for about 20 minutes without any acknowledgment, I had to approach the teller myself to request assistance. The teller then proceeded to wander from place to place without clear purpose or explanation. When I was finally addressed, I was told to return at 3:30 PM, despite it being only around 12.50 PM at the time.
