The service my son got from this amazing bank, and especially Jenny Young, is the best I have seen. As a new postdoc at Princeton University, with no credit history, they treat him like no other. Amazing. I recommend to all new students or postdocs to use this amazing branch.
Probably worst banking experience I’ve ever had in entire United States. I’ve opened a business account with representative named “AIPING LUCIE LU” and she didn’t give any letter upon opening my account and when I needed that and I called bank, they asked me to visit in person only; I’ve told them my business is in Louisiana and I can’t come there immediately and asked for any solution but she hung up on me.
