Kristina was helpful, caring, knowledgable, and quick. I've just migrated to BoA ans it was the best first impression BoA could give me.
I have come to this location on numerous occasions, and each time I have left disappointed. I have never dealt with a group of people so condescending yet simultaneously incompetent. Most recently I came here to update my information for my bank accounts because I recently got married, and the employees were not able (or simply not willing) to help me. This location has very bad customer service. I have been banking at BOA for over 35 years and the financial specialist acted like she could care less whether I banked there or not. I see why this location has such low reviews. She caused me to move my funds.
