Went in to make a transaction using a Bank of America issued check and Joy, who claimed to be the manager, refused to complete the transaction as I am not a BoA member. Turns out Joy misrepresented herself and she is the Asst. Manager, who failed to correctly identify herself and she refused service on a BoA check. The review rating tracks.

Let me start by saying if you're frustrated with your experience here William at the location in the trader Joe's shopping center is terrific. So I went to the one at Beachwood at 9:15 a.m. needing a form notarized and a replacement ATM card. Five employees and zero customers besides myself were in the branch. I was told I kid you not that they all had appointments coming in at 9:30 so they couldn't help me in the 15 minutes before that and to come back at 10:00 and make an appointment.
