Drive through ATMs rarely work
If i can do less that one star i will… Spanish lady at the counter should be nice with “All Customers” no only Spanish man!!.. She forgot is a customer service store!?… black lady with a crazy hair, should no do an opinion on what she don’t know!!! What happened with the customer service representative?!… Worst than ever!!
If I could rate this bank and their professionalism negative stars I would. They have very poor customer service. They make you make an appointment and wait to be seen they don't communicate with you about anything, they are very disorganised while people just walk around doing nothing! Avoid the N Frederick location!
This Branch is the Only Branch in this area that stays open until 5pm like every other reputable bank like Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, M&T, Truitst (SunTrusT,) Navy Fed, Etc that is open during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS 9am-5pm on Mon to Fri and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays... The way it should be! Extremely Convenient for Businessmen and Women! Thank You!! The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will assist you with whatever you need! Keep up the good work and teach BofA how to run the other branches in the DMV area!
