I’m writing to share feedback about a recent experience I had at your branch on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, around 10:30 AM. During my visit, there was only one line available for service. As I waited patiently for my turn, another customer bypassed the line and went directly to the “Business” window without being called. One of the biggest con artists m Gaithersburg, MD. I will never do business with these folks again. They lie about bank deposits as well as not notify you if something is in hold or delayed.. Steer clear of these folks and I recommend a Federal credit union or Chase bank cause BOA is full of (fill in the blank) on every level. They don’t even deserve 1 star they are so pathetic…
