No portholes with ATM just the potholes
If I could give it less than one star, I would. Had to come in twice to close my account, the manager said I was good, and here I am a month later STILL in the negative after being told I wasn't, and because of his mistake, I owe money and can't close it fully until it's done. I will never recommend this bank location or bank in general. Horrible customer service, and not being understanding of the situation that was caused. Go elsewhere. Stay away from Bank of America.

I had called ahead of time, the representative said they take temporary Ids and the check is through there bank. I get down there in 100 degree weather riding a bus with 3 kids and the bank would not cash my check. So FYI Bank of America does not accept temporary ID''s. I hope some day customer service and the physical location get on the same page.
