No portholes with ATM just the potholes
If I could give it less than one star, I would. Had to come in twice to close my account, the manager said I was good, and here I am a month later STILL in the negative after being told I wasn't, and because of his mistake, I owe money and can't close it fully until it's done. I will never recommend this bank location or bank in general. Horrible customer service, and not being understanding of the situation that was caused. Go elsewhere. Stay away from Bank of America.
