The staff are friendly as can be but the boa is absolutely terrible if you need to cash a check. You get a 2 week hold no matter what. Ive probably cash a million in checks and I still get a 2 week hold every single time. Absolutely pathetic
Apparently calling your bank location and expecting to ever speak to a real person is not even possible anymore. I am 2 hours outside of town and need an answer to a question before I waste my time to be told I can't be helped. But the only options available are all AI. None of them are helpful. I used to love this bank and its location now I'm about to switch Banks I'm done with the greed.
Bank of America as a whole is hands down the worst. They close early, open late, cant call the branch, no 24/7 customer service and I have called 8 times today, been told my atm card is good to go, then it locks up again.. been with them 21 years and never have been impressed
Bank of America is absolutely the worst bank I ever deal with, no matter the location. And now this location also has closed drive thru services. Awesome. So now no matter which location I go to I'm always guaranteed to get to stand in the longest, slowest line of any bank, anywhere. What type of company wide mismanagement is going on that none of the locations have drive thru and are horribly understaffed?
