I just tried to call and to Noah Vail. They should pick up their phone. Not everyone does the computer banking
Always unhappy and unwelcoming staff., sitting in their offices. When i had ask to talk to manager, he wouldn't show up. Avoid if you can. They really suck
ATROCIOUS customer service
If I could rate less than 1 star I would. My experience here today was abysmal. The tellers were dismissive. No one wears a nametag so you don't know who you are talking to. A representative walked by me five times before I asked if someone would be out to help me (which she was supposed to be doing). She finally turned and when I asked if she was the manager and could she help me, she looked me up and down, turned and said fine and wouldn't talk to me. I find the staff to be either dismissive and patronizing or lacking knowledge and experience. I plan to visit a different branch from now on. Noriega B of A is far more decent and respectful of their clients.
