I find the staff to be either dismissive and patronizing or lacking knowledge and experience. I plan to visit a different branch from now on. Noriega B of A is far more decent and respectful of their clients.

I wanted to get some help, and at the bare minimum a valid reason as to why there was a hold on my account. Not open when they say they are open! Their lobby hours (posted on the front door and online) say they are open M-F, 10 am-4 pm. I came at 12:45 pm and the front doors were locked, no one was inside. I tried knocking on the doors, no answer. I tried calling the local branch’s phone number, no answer. I thought maybe they were on a lunch break so I waited until 1:15 pm, still no answer. When I come to this, the service is friendly. However, this branch has a very inconvenient working schedule. For example, I stopped by couple of time on a weekend, and it turns out they don't work on Saturdays and Sundays, when it would be most convenient for most people. Similarly, on weekdays, working schedule has peculiar hours, starting too late for anyone to visit before work, and ending way early before most people could use the bank in the evening hours (for instance, around 6PM).
