My experiene has been very disappointing. I have only been a customer for 4 months and I have received extremely poor customer service. BofA is so large that they do not care about the individual customers. A mistake was made in a bank transfer that ended up costing me almost $1,000 and BofA did absolutely nothing to support my efforts to get my money returned.
