My experiene has been very disappointing. I have only been a customer for 4 months and I have received extremely poor customer service. BofA is so large that they do not care about the individual customers. A mistake was made in a bank transfer that ended up costing me almost $1,000 and BofA did absolutely nothing to support my efforts to get my money returned. Now my only option is to litigate which will cost me more than the lost $1,000. BofA only comment was, so sorry, but we can't do anything for you. I will never do bus... read more
I love this bank. bank of America is one of the best banks in all of the us even though it is not all over the us I still love this bank.
