I have been trying to get my card unlocked for days! I went to the bank like 30 minutes before close and when I was finally able to speak to someone he couldn't help me because they were close to close. Okay that's fine I understand. Went again the next business day and got there before close. We stayed on the line with the fraud department for about an hr no one answered and he said there was nothing he could do but he can close the account for me. Branch “manager” is incredibly rude. Went in to speak to her about check, she shut it down immediately. Did not look at my account or the check. Simply lied through her teeth that BOA does not remove holds and it will not be discussed further, which is unequivocally untrue because it’s been done before and don’t for family members. She should do better in customer service.
I opened a new account with Adriana and she helped me a lot patient helpful kind and other good things she deserves raise btw when l try to comment l saw 2 stars for this bank just ignore it
