08/27/26 around 3:30 pm. manger was worthless, second time I came to Bank of America to cash a check and they wouldn’t let me cash it. Manger was very short with me, rude and not informative on what I needed to do. After I said do I need to get a third new check wrote will it work he said “I don’t know” what a worthless manager how does this guy have a job. Bank of America I hope you show this review to him and fire him. I see why this bank already has 2 star review average. Pathetic.
Yep now I understand why the rating for this branch is so bad. Cash a check against their own bank and they want to charge a fee. Time to cancel my accounts with BoA
