I recently opened a new account and I have to say the experience was outstanding. Adriana was incredibly helpful from start to finish professional, patient, and friendly. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and answered every question I had. She made the whole process quick and easy. I truly appreciated her help. :)
Went to the drive through.It's closed.They replaced it with an atm. Went inside, went to the teller lineage there were two business customers in the preferential line. So I had to wait a solid fifteen minutes, while people lined up behind me, and the business queue cleared. My transaction was done in three minutes. I am genuinely unimpressed.
