waited in line today at the bank literally for an hour!!! and when I get to the window apparently the computer was having problems and they had to restart the computer!!!! i was at the teller window for about 15 minutes and all I needed was a book of new checks BS!!!
I walked several blocks to use the ATM at this branch, only to find that I could not access either of the two lobbies where the machines are located. There is a card reader on the doors stating to swipe/tap any bank or credit card to gain access, I tried two different cards including my Bank of America debit card, but neither worked. There is a confusing notice on each door stating the lobby hours, which seem to align with regular bank hours. I went around 8pm on a Saturday night. Avoid this branch if possible. There is always a very long wait in line and the ATMs are often closed and inaccessible after hours even if you have a Bank of America card.
