I hold a credit card with @BankofAmerica since 2014. They just closed my account cuz no activity. I never got notified! I never got a new card to use! And we were in the middle of the lockdown in Spain (were I got stocked). To sum my credit scored dropped. An agent just called me Just to say there is nothing they can do. I lost my first credit card in the US (my bruin card @ucla) just because obvious admin issues and there is nothing they can do. This is a large bank, plenty of teller stations and staff. Unfortunately, they never allocate staff accordingly to ensure you don't have to wait for far too long to receive service.
