These guys really do go above and beyond. I worked with Blaine and he is just phenomenal. The whole time I felt like I was treated as a real person and not just another sales number. I've never been disrespected in all the times I've come here for help, and for this reason I will continue to bank with them. If you're looking for a place where your banking needs can be met with care, I highly suggest this bank!
Racist branch, I was racially profiled. I was asked why as a black man I was wearing a suit!? Please help me understand why I would be asked why I’m wearing a suit. Maya was untruthful & lied to my face about a cashiers check being held. Came in to branch on the day the funds were supposed to be released only to find out they had put an additional extended hold. The worst bank, with the majority of its employees are DEI hire. This bank believes that the majority of its clients speak Spanish rather than English. Their customer service is horrible.
All of our correspondence with BOA only comes to our house with my husband's name on them. I am technically breaking federal law when (if...) I open our mortgage statement. We are both on the note. All checking and savings info only comes with his name on it. WE ARE BOTH ON THESE ACCOUNTS!!! In the year 2024 this is simply not ok. Maybe I can get his permission to get myself a nice pretty little credit card like my mom had to in 1973.
