New staff rocks! Shomay and Mechelle were lovely and kind.

I visited the branch at 51st on Saturday to help my neighbor whom is not mobile. He was confused and having a hard time. The lady at the front was losing patience with him and asked another lady to help. She was kind and patient with him. She spent almost an hour helping him understand his questions since he has dementia. The world needs more people like her. Horrible experience, I would NEVER bank here EVER. I received 2 letters from Bank of America stating I had been declined from opening an account with them, as well as a following letter stating congratulations on opening an account. I never opened an account with them, instead I was dealing with someone trying to open an account under my name. When I went inside to talk to the front desk, I asked what should I do? Is it a scam? I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to give kudos to this branch. I have been coming here for years, and there has been a definite change for the better at this branch. Everyone is so friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I truly feel like they know me when I come in and it feels like a small town bank. Michelle always has the happiest smile and warm greeting. Rabia and Shoumee are the best. Thank you for making me have faith in BOA again. A smile and a welcoming atmosphere go a long way. Well done!!!
