I’ve been using this location for a little over a year and the addition of Shoumee, Rabia, and their manager Michelle are incredible. The service has never been quicker, they are so kind, attentive and FAST! Could not be more pleased with the service they provide.
Cameron Welch at the 91st and Yale location went above and beyond to help us get the documents needed for the proper accounts for my grandmother. She was so polite and patient with us. She made sure we understood everything about the account we opened and the documents being signed. I am so grateful for Cameron’s assistance today. She is not only an amazing banker but human.
This is the closest location to home but because of the number of times I’ve gone and been unsuccessful with a transaction keeps me from even trying to go here.
