Abril has an awful attitude and I suggest avoiding her if you need any sort of help. I should NOT be REQUIRED to have my ATM card to access my account. I had my passport and ID. I’m absolutely certain that I did NOT have an ATM card when I originally opened my account, but she insists that I did. I know I didn’t. It’s a trust and I got one later, in case, but it’s not secure for me to carry it around. I love the drive through ATM. Easy and quick.
This location is top notch. The customer service is above and beyond any Bank of America that I could ever step into. They should use this staff and facility as a training method for other locations. I am very impressed
