no wonder they are going out of business lol, thats all i have to say.
I’m always confused about the schedule of this branch because 3 out of 5 times it’s closed and there’s a diferente schedule taped in the door, Is frustrated to be honest because we stop by And it’s closed
Customer service non existent told to wait 10 minutes nobody ever came to even talk to me sat in lobby almost 40 minutes im going to close both accounts never been treated this bad anywhere I've done business. sat here almost my whole lunch hour while hearing voices in the back laughing and joking while I sat there waiting they came out looked at me and went back to the back.

Said they would charge me a $10 fee to cash their check then Refused to cash it all together even though it was a Bank of America check for a small amount. I know customer had funds (was a friend and I showed a valid government issued I.D) would not even give me a reason as to why they won’t not cash it. Never herd anything good this bank Run as far as you can.
