Second time in a week I have come to this bank during normal hours and drive thru and bank is closed!!!! I will be finding a new bank that can actually be open!!! AGAIN!!!!!!!! Reposting this closed as usual!!!!!!!

Katelyn Simpson did not follow proper protocol. My family attempted to withdraw money and reset our PIN, but our phone number on file was different. We had valid ID and all necessary documents to verify the account. After calling Bank of America customer service, we were told that the branch should have been able to process the withdrawal with the proof we provided. However, Katelyn still refused.
