An absolutely egregious experience working with Grace Aponte at this institution. In what should have been a no-brainer easy loan, the experience quickly soured into a waking nightmare. Imagine securing a purchase contract for your dream home in a highly competitive seller's market only to be brought to the brink of failure by one institution. Got to the bank before they close at 4pm on a Monday and waited about 10 minutes before somebody appeared from one of the back rooms. Gabriel then informed us the bank was closed and escorted us out of the building like we were trespassing. We told him we needed to deposit a check for a business next door and he said that’s unfortunate and held the door open. We were there on time and the door was unlocked, yet we were not able to complete our transaction due to terrible customer service. 👎🏻 I suggest going somewhere else ... read more
