Last week I spoke with the manager to make an appointment for a name change. I specifically told them I only have the court’s certified order and I don’t have my other supporting documents yet. She said that’s ok. And today I was there for my appointment and they told me that without an ID with my current name on it, they can’t do it. If they told last week, I wouldn’t waste my time coming down there for nothing. I don’t recommend this branch at all.
Perla Garcia helped my husband & I take care of some issues we were having regarding our bank account & she is absolutely amazing at her job, so professional but also very personable. I would absolutely recommend her & this location, as everybody there is so kind & genuinely caring.
On a Saturday around 12 PM, 11 people in line, 1 teller and a lady sitting in the office on her laptop watching. What happened to customer service?

American flag is being flown very raggedy. Broken off and full mast during multiple national orders or national mourning. Tried asking hr manager and she said it was broken and shrugged. I called the branch to speak to somone else there who would inquire or get it fixed and after calling for hours I finally decided to call corp office. Very sad that Whataburger kohls and chick fil an all fallowing national guidelines but a federal bank can’t get the flag replaced and fixed. You represent bank of AMERICA!
