American flag is being flown very raggedy. Broken off and full mast during multiple national orders or national mourning. Tried asking hr manager and she said it was broken and shrugged. I called the branch to speak to somone else there who would inquire or get it fixed and after calling for hours I finally decided to call corp office. Very sad that Whataburger kohls and chick fil an all fallowing national guidelines but a federal bank can’t get the flag replaced and fixed. You represent bank of AMERICA! Edit: Personally, I didn’t think that anybody Would read this or respond to this response. But I know a lot about Bank of America I used to consider the family, but I will say that I should’ve said before is that in a place of business that offers goods and Services you don’t tell your Customer what you can’t do you tell them what you can do. Edit: @Bank of America. Thank you for the timely response. I was mistaken, i was using my credit card trying to deposit money. This is a relatively efficient B of A but I still am keeping my original post. I normally come here to deposit cash after work. Today none of the ATM’s were accepting deposits. One of the drive through ATM’s needs repairs at times.
