I’ve never been more condescended to by a teller. She told me I was clearly not understanding her when I knew exactly what she was saying but that wasn’t the question. Absolutely unacceptably rude.
Perla help my today with closing my current account and opening a new account. She made the prices seamless and quick. On top of that she was professional and extremely friendly. After closing the account and reopening a new account she also advised me of some benefits that I was not aware of as a bank of america customer.
I will NEVER have an account at Bank of America in my lifetime. We went in to get one dollar bills for a birthday gift for my nephew. Because we were not a customer, they would not give us change.
Last week I spoke with the manager to make an appointment for a name change. I specifically told them I only have the court’s certified order and I don’t have my other supporting documents yet. She said that’s ok. And today I was there for my appointment and they told me that without an ID with my current name on it, they can’t do it. If they told last week, I wouldn’t waste my time coming down there for nothing. I don’t recommend this branch at all.
I had an appointment today at 9:00 AM with Bank of America and was helped by Senior Banker Perla Garcia. She assisted me with setting up an Advantage Safe Banking and Advantage SafeBalance checking account, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Perla was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to connect with right away. We found out we both attend GCU, and she’s currently working on her master’s degree, which was really inspiring.
