I was standing in business line but they didn't expedite the business account to holders. Rather they made us wait. If I had stayed in the regular account line... I would've gotten out of there much faster! They call it efficiency. I doubt it.Â
Everytime I go in here, I realize why I avoid this branch at all costs! 46 mins to make a deposit with only 2 people in front of me in line! Meanwhile 6 employees are standing around doing nothing. People started getting agitated when the line grew and employees said that nobody knew how to work a window!! This branch need some serious management improvement or just shut it down.Â
Their efficiency is the lowest among all the banks I have ever seen. A simple deposit transaction takes 20 minutes. Please don't come here. I arrived early and there were already more than ten people behind me. Besides, there is no air conditioning.Â
