I would travel to the ends of the earth to do business with B of A - the greatest bank in the world
Terrible customer service all around this branch. Leadership needs to provide communciations training. Until then, avoid this Bank of America location at all cost
I came into this branch to simply cash a check I was talked into getting an account then once I opened an account a lady named Bolsa magnolia gave me such a hard time I waited for an hour and dealing with these people I’m starting to think they have something agents me do never use Bank of America
