We opened a business checking account here a year ago. I have been to this location multiple times and have never ever been helped at the business window. Either it is closed or they are always understaffed. The employees are totally mean, condescending and hassle. They make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by helping you! It’s a disaster every time I go in there. Save your heartache, go open an account at Chase.
