I highly recommend the Bank of America branch at Power & Southern in Mesa! I bank here personally and for my business, and the management team and staff have always been prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. Any questions I have are answered, and when I call, they are quick to help and get an appointment scheduled when needed. I closed my safety deposit box 02/28/2026 and I am still getting bills. I live in TN and all B of A were closed here. I talked to someone and was told how to take care of the matter. I had to call back and no one knows how to assist with the matter. Awful!!! Can't find a phone number for the safety deposit box department!
