I have never liked BofA and avoided them for decades. But had to handle an estate account today at BofA and had the most pleasant experience with Benjamin Zavala. Benjamin was so knowledgeable pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job making our needs go smooth as can be. Thank you! Another wonderful experience with Katie!!
