Brought in over $1500 worth of rolled coins over 2 days, and was fortunate to have Jazmine as my teller both times. She was an absolute delight, and didn't even emit a heavy sigh when she saw me return the second day. She handled the coins efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with.
I didn't go to this place.
Just a horrible experience unfortunately. My grandmother has been a member of this bank for over 25 years. Today I witnessed that she was talked down to, ran in circles, and overall treated like an inconvenience. I asked her if this was common and she said yes but that she doesn't like to raise a fuss. I just can't understand how full adults in a profession that requires them to interact with the public act like that.
