Worst bank ever. No one working here and always an extremely long wait. Taking my business elsewhere.
Almost every BOA experience has been bad lately, today was no exception. I was the only one in the bank waiting for someone to take me down to my safe deposit box, took about half hour. They check you in late so it doesn't appear you've been waiting long. They have cut service, employees, drive up, etc, and all you hear is sorry for the wait. Last time I was here, no counting machine for loose change and they directed me to a grocery store to get a cashiers check. I've already moved most of my assets to Schwab, the rest will... read more
This bank is horrible!! I've been waiting for a half an hour. There was only two people in front of me. UNBELIEVABLE
PUT..THE NIGHT DROP....BACK! YOU HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED THE NEEDS OF THE MANY BECAUSE ONE IN SEVERAL HUNDRED OF YOUR MEMBERS CAN'T STEP UP ONE STEP! What used to take me four seconds, now takes me forty minutes. But you don't care because one in five hundred people can't step up one step. Thanks for eating up a large portion of my day.
One bad experience after another with this location and B of A as a whole. Often long lines with no tellers behind the desk. For simple transaction questions ill go in for help and they just direct me to their 800 numbers which are infuriating and completely incompetent. Recently tried to attain a 16 digit federal reference number for a wire that was never received, spoke with 4 different representatives only to be sent back to where I started.
