Longest wait time ever. They have 2 tellers for a line of 30 people. This is a bi area with I'm sure alot of customers coming in and out everyday. Why they are so understaffed i do not understand.
The location is good. The infrastructure is also good. However, after COVID, the front door has been closed and you have use the rear entrance. There is always a room for improvement from the services point. Wait times are huge and any service transaction takes a lot of time.
