Gosh, people complain too much about everything. Looks like there isn’t anything to satisfy them in this world. They can only see the bad part, never the good ones. If 99 times was everything ok, but just 1 was not, is reason to say bad comments. Put their shoes on, many stressed people are coming everyday to all banks making their lives impossible and giving them a very bad day. I’ve been there almost every month for long but very long years, never had bad experience, actually had very good ones!!!

Is this branch even open? How do you turn away customers in line? Because you only have one teller and it’s going take a while to serve that one customer at the window. So you tell the customers in line to simply go away? Put a closed sign on the door.
