I have had an account with them for 20 years, came in today to deposit some coins (I rolled them myself), was told they could only accept completely full rolls. That means if you have $9.75 worth of quarters they won’t let you put it into your account. What kind of bank doesn’t let you put physical money into your account? Thanks for wasting my time

Henry just jumped in and helped us on Friday evening and worked longer. We want to say special thanks to him and his manager at this branch.
Twice now the ATM has frozen and had a problem during a deposit. Ive never had this issue anywhere else, but it just ate a check, and 3 months ago it shut down after I deposited cash. Super lame. I’ll avoid these in the future.
Awesome staff with very nice experience ,very good customer service I have ever received, especially appreciate Mr Andry to spend time and for his patience.
