This bank's atm ate my card and would not return it
Not very helpful. Went in person to pay and told I cannot do that anymore and must mail in a check. I was confused because I've been doing it this way for 15+ years, so I went to a different branch. For some unknown reason, the "rules were changed" (or system upgrade), so the teller can no longer apply payment and I must send a check. BUT!! at the second branch they help me get a cashiers check and then sent it off, solving my problem.
One of the only banks in all of bay area that closes early 4 pm and on Saturdays now. Often long lines due to short staffing. Employees look miserable and rotating staff lack any experience at times. This is due to a poor district manager that has poor management and leadership skills set. This has been going on for years. How is this approved by corporate? Pretty pathetic.
