Not even a single time we had a smooth experience at this Branch. There is no point of making online appointments because there is no one to check you in and you have to roam around in the branch looking for tellers and ask them who to see for your appointment. Irrespective of having an online appointment, we always waited for 30-45mins because either there are no tellers on the floor or people without appointment, just because they were able to get hold of a teller gets taken care of first.
Someone at the bank was very unprofessional with me. I had been waiting for 40 minutes to get help with an issue with my card. He helped a lady who had been there for less than 5 minutes without even checking on me. After I mentioned that I was there first he gave me attitude and didn't want to help me. He eventually left went to the back and refused to help. I wanted to report the issue to the bank and since I decided to take the picture since I have his name. Their notary was unable to interpret a form and instructions I needed. May be notary’s first day and improve with time. Caused unnecessary delay.
I am so disappointed by how this branch is managed by BofA management. First, the tellers are as polite as they can be, as they see the long delays guests have getting to the window, yet still are composed. Second, I've told the floor manager the wait times are incredible. She said they can't get people to work anymore, and at lunchtime waits may be longer.
