Staff is friendly but almost every time I go to use the ATM machine one is not working, they have 2 so it can be a long wait.
My grandfather passed away and left me as the POD of his account. I went to the Westlake branch and filled out the necessary paperwork and then was told call the department on Monday. I called today and was told the paperwork is being processed and call back after 2. I called back at 2:30 and was told the paperwork is all set and I’ve done everything on my end and their department is finished with the request.
