I had a great experience at the Bank of America – North Beach Branch, thanks to Vincent, the branch manager. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while helping me reset my online login issue. Vincent was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out was that he took the time to help me thoroughly even though he hadn’t taken his lunch break yet. Exceptional customer service like this is rare—thank you, Vincent!
I am so disappointed by the customer service here. My mom visited twice and had the same teller who was not only rude, but also not helpful. If you’re paid to be in a customer facing role, do better. This is such an unsatisfactory experience and reflects poorly on this bank location. I will update this review with the name of the teller once I confirm with my mom from her receipt. @BofA please train your tellers to be more respectful especially of elders and those that are vulnerable.
