I have banked with bank of America for a long time despite the fact that I don't really like the bank in general. To top it off they closed the location onmarket and vanness street so now this location is evenmore busy than it was before. Also, to do anything but withdrawal or deposit you have to see abanker and they are not available if you just walk in. You have to make a appointment.so.etime the wait is 3 days

On June 17, 2026, at approximately 11:35 AM, my husband and I visited this Bank of America branch seeking assistance with obtaining a transaction history document with a stamp or signature, as required by a third party. Earlier that same day, we received the exact assistance we needed from a Wells Fargo branch without any issues. To be clear, our complaint is NOT that Bank of America could not fulfill our request.
