I came for assistance with my card being restricted and Elizabeth actually walked me thru several and various steps that were critical to my "World of Banking". Solved my primary issue as well as securing my identity, revising my online banking, digital wallet and set a appointment for Elizabeth and myself to meet in 2 weeks to apply for my new credit card so I can make money based on BofA rewards. Highly recommend Ms. Elizabeth Salazar.
Wait times are extremely long. With all the locations closing, why are they so understaffed for tellers? With at least ten clients un line, there were TWO tellers, one of which was a business client teller helping in between business clients. I wasted my entire 30 minute lunch and still have four people in front of me. It's also REALLY frustrating to see the tellers with ZERO sense of urgency for the line. Just get up and sloooooowly walk to the printer, talk to the other teller and sloooooowly walk back to their station.
Elizabeth she is honest and she is super patient, super helpful for my zelle transfer issue. she is fully experienced and with tons of knowledge, I'm very grateful to have her today helping me. She talked my wife about the money transfer problem and helped her step by step. The problem of money transfers has been solved by her best help. Highly recommended .
