Consistently understaffed
I visited the branch twice the last week: in the evening and in the afternoon. During both visits, my waiting time was insignificant (3-5 minutes). The staff acted in a polite and professional way. The tellers and manager attended to my requests quickly.
Frequently understaffed. Long lines due to teller availability. Management should prioritize customer service and hire accordingly.
After getting the run-around at 2 other locations I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent and friendly service I received from Naina Kesar. She was a delight, and very helpful. I look forward to banking with her in the future..:)
The staff named Juan like a dead face, he never use bad words, but the attitude is extremely disrespectful, he doesn’t look like human but like an AI Android
