This bank has always been horrible. Long lines with only one teller most times while four others are standing around. It even ate my card at it's atm on the weekend and took out a 20 which i never received. Had to go back multiple times to get it back and even after making a claim (which i didn't get a confirmation # which i was never told i needed) and waisting of my time, no apologies and still no compensation... treat this branch like the plague.
So far the best Bank of America I've been to, very supportive and helpful. Super clean because of its new renovations. Highly recommended if you are a foreigner and want to deal with some paper work since they know how to deal with it.
