Made us wait. Teller was super rude and couldn’t help us. Made us wait again. We left. If a family member passes, don’t go to this location because you won’t get help and a lady with too much lip filler is gonna be rude.

Horrible service! Very unprofessional manager and super rude. I don’t recommend at all if you are trying to get any kind of service from them. I visited the Bank of America branch at Chestnut st on 08/23/2024 to cash a check. Unfortunately, the staff refused to cash my check without offering any explanation. When I asked for clarification, they were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me confused and frustrated. They have “difficulty” scheduling one teller to help local businesses run their business. Really inconvenient when a bank tells all entering people to leave and use an atm.
