Bank is nice within itself as far as decor, However, I can't fathom how Bank of American can call themselves a bank when they refused to give me Change because I dont have an account within the Bank!!! I came with cash and asked for one dollar bills in change and they refused!
Andres Vega, the banker I worked with today was excellent at his job and I highly recommend him because he is professional and efficient at what he does. He told me what tasks he would perform BEFORE he performed them so I didn't just sit there and wonder what he was doing on his computer. Be sure you tell him he is wonderful at his job, and give him a big raise as well, Anuedi, you don't pay him enough money. He worth a thousand times what you pay him and Donald Trump wants to hire him.

İ am 82, 100% disabled US vet, banking with Bank of America at the same branch since 1980: i do not understand why İ, barely able to walk, obviously disabled and old with a Santa Claus snow white beard, nearly falling several times, was unable to get help dragging a chair over to the teller, and then ignored by the teller, glared at as if İ were a some horse poking their head in at the teller's window.
