Buyer beware! Terrible service! Uninformed staff, lengthy wait times, and a high lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this branch or the company, for the decline in overall customer experience over the years.
What’s the point of being their preferred status for years and what’s the point of this physical location. Ordered a new check book online but BofA took forever to send it via a non trackable snail mail. Went in to try to get standard checks printed by them. Said they don’t do that anymore. Would only do cashier’s check (but I don’t want cashier’s check). Wouldn’t also let me withdrawal cash. Limit at the location is $5k unless you call 3 days in advance. BOA has blocked me debit card three times in one day trying to take cash out of this ATM. I called to verify myself and would immediately get blocked again from taking out my own cash from my account because of “fraud protection” even though I literally verified myself prior twice in the same day. Their customer service is so useless and rude, literally DGAF about the customer and read BS lines with no real gaurantees. It’s pathetic. After being a customer since before I could drive, in moving my business to Chase.
