On July 10 I had an appt at this location to get documents notarized to add a person as my PoA. I’ve been a preferred customer of this bank for nearly 50 years. Following my lawyer’s advice he asked me to remove co-owner on my accts and make that person PoA. We had to make appt at this bank because the Merrill rep was located there. I waited 2 weeks to get all documents together and make appt that worked for myself, my PoA, BoA and Merrill. We had a quirky situation and they sent a long time resolving our situation. We didn't have an appt and were afraid it would take a long time. We waited for about 10min, less than what they told us. They resolved our issue and then even spotted another issue and resolved that. We are so appreciative to them- they were kind, helpful, and thorough. We got our credit cards squared away, they fixed our app issue, and got us connected to further benefits. Thank you!
The customer service experience was subpar. I was informed that the wait time would be 15 minutes, however, it actually took 45 minutes. Furthermore, they were unable to complete all of my requests in a single session. I have owned a business for 10 years i can see when people are wasting time trying to look busy when they can help others.
