If you can tolerate being lied to, then make sure you deal with the manager at this branch who apparently may not know the difference between calendar days and business days and/or does not think it's necessary to disclose policy. DETAILS MATTER AND THERE IS A DUTY TO DISCLOSE. DO NOT BANK HERE.
Mabel Pujols provided exceptional service! I’m a Canadian citizen, and I wanted to open a Bank of America checking account and receive a debit card. She made everything so easy and answered all of my questions with patience. The entire process took only about 15 minutes. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. If you’re visiting this branch, I definitely recommend asking for Mabel. Thank you again!
