I always wondered why BOA has such a bad reputation. Realize why now, 10 people in line , 4 employees behind the counter and only 1 actually helping customers 🤣.
I highly not recommend this bank because their customer service is awful. They restricted my card ... I told one of representatives that my phone is not working . He kept telling me go to branch and then my 200.00 was missing . And I have pay rent and other things . Im planing to verify with them in morning and then shutting it down once I get my money bc im not longer want this bank account it is ridicous

Everyone is Nice . Helpful but I have say . It very disappointing that they don't have policy for express direct deposit with charge. I want my money right away but I have wait next bussiness day to be available. But I still love this bank because it closer to my home . During Morning time it is not too busy at the moment . I love to come here n do direct deposit it go exercise for me
