I had a very good experience opening up a new account the other day. Senior Banker Andrew helped me out and was great. He was informative without being overbearing, the process went smoothly. He was also kind enough to offer paper and markers for my child. Inside of the lobby looks newly renovated and front desk tellers were kind and professional. Silvana was a great help to me in applying for and getting approved for my very first credit card. She was very kind and accommodating and I recommend her service to anyone and everyone who needs help. 10/10!!!
Bad services, the ATM doesn’t work, but the bank doesn’t care to tell customers about it. I deposited cash into the ATM, but money didn’t go to my account
