Bad services, the ATM doesn’t work, but the bank doesn’t care to tell customers about it. I deposited cash into the ATM, but money didn’t go to my account

Worst bank on the planet. If an autopay doesn't go through, or the amount becomes insufficient to meet minimums due to increased interest rate, they will NOT send ANY emails to notify you. They simply collect their late fees and trash your credit report until you happen to notice. Absolutely awful bank with the worst customer service.
